RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR
Grindrod Limited shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of
members held on Wednesday, 19 May 2010, the requisite majority of ordinary and
preference shareholders respectively, passed the resolutions as set out in the
notice included in the 2009 annual report, which was posted to shareholders on
12 April 2010.
Shareholders are further advised that in terms of the requirements of paragraph
3.59 of the Listing Requirements, Mr RA Norton has retired as a director of the
company with effect from 19 May 2010.
